The room was gross. Toilet seat not mounted, sink drained below onto carpet, mold in shower, windows filthy, broken screen. Bedspread had dirty body fluid stains. The sheets were yellowed from filth and there was large blood stains on the sheets. Cobwebs, etc. Everything was dirty. Absolutely was not spending the night there. Front desk refunded with no issues. I’m sure we weren’t the first ones that wouldn’t stay there.
The room itself was clean however it was kind of like a time capsule right down to the purple bathtub and the sink with Rusty knobs that look like they were post-second world war. I paid extra to stay at this location because it had breakfast included. Unfortunately that's a joke and a waste of money. A couple of pre-packaged donuts probably from Bangladesh 10 years ago, unfortunately gross. And some coffee that I think was brewed and then siphoned through an old leather shoe of some sort. The extremely attractive little Filipino girl at the front counter was easy on the eyes and a little hard to talk to or get information from she seemed to be a little bit more focused on her laptop and less on customer service. Perhaps she doesn't like talking to males or genuinely just doesn't enjoy what she does. But I definitely being a frequent traveler felt like the customer service was lacking. It kind of felt like it didn't matter what question you asked her she either had an expression on her face that she didn't want you asking her that question or she just hoped you would go away... Personally I asked her if there was any good restaurants nearby since there are none at that location. And she replied, " there's a mall across the street, go look".... So that was a little bit frustrating being a tourist and not knowing the area and not having cell reception in a different country. I fully grasp that is my fault... But having a rough idea of what's within walking distance for your clients to go eat at I think should be a general question... I did find there was delicious Applebee's across the road. That would be my recommendation if you're staying at this location! Great food cheap drafts and walking distance in case you want to overindulge. :)
Friendly service and decent location but the rooms are very run-down. Stained walls and furniture, chipped paint, dirty dirty dirty everywhere you look
This place is old and nasty, they don’t clean your room if you stay for several days. The beds are vey uncomfortable. The pillows are old and nasty the room has all kinds of bugs and spiders. The toilet doesn’t work. It stink like mildew throughout the build. You can’t get comfortable if you like a clean environment . Some of that staff is nice and accommodating. Overall for the price. I wouldn’t stay here ever again! Definitely don’t recommend this place for a human may and animal!
This hotel is two or three decades behind the times in terms of service, the decor is awful, the air conditioning is noisy, everything needs to be redone! But for the price, it's hard to complain...
