About this place Rumor

Rumor, a gay club at 100 Warrenton Street, anchors Boston's Theater District nightlife with its Latin Night, the city's longest-running.

You'll find it in a neighborhood thick with venues, but Rumor pulls a specific crowd: people who want to dance to Latin music in a queer-friendly space. It's not a huge place, but it feels like it's been around forever, a kind of institution for Boston's LGBTQ+ scene.

Most nights, it's just a club, but Latin Night is the draw. If you're looking for a midweek party with a particular vibe, it's a safe bet.

Check rumorboston.com for exact hours and specific event listings. They do change things up, so a quick look online before you head out is smart.

By far the worst club I've ever been to. Will never return. Avoid at all costs.

I read reviews about the club and I gathered that staff were as**holes and service wasn't great, but that the club was alright.I ignored the reviews thinking that for me it would be different, but it WASN'T. What i expected it to be a great night at the club ended up being a horrible night at the club.Everything about the reviews was true:-Bouncers are big a**holes - Their bosses even worse.-Inside no one worries about costumer satisfaction- and asking them a question is a recipe for bitchy attitude while redirecting you to somebody else who is going to do the same, and of course they charge for "service" - good $90 bucks on a $300 dollar table that only comes with a bottle of vodka. The club has two rooms BUT THEY ARE SEPARATE. if you go here thinking you can go back and forth (as it was described to me prior to going), dont bother.Overall, never coming back to this club. Never recommending this club to anybody. Part of the fun is the service that you pay for, CLEARLY these people don't know that so I am taking my time to write a review to save others from a disappointing time.
