I didn't have a good experience with the nurses here when I visited my OB here last year. They are poorly trained - e.g., they poked my arm multiple times and could not draw out any blood! I had bruises all over. I have to go to the hospital and pay out-of-pocket for an ER nurse to do it - who was successful at drawing blood in one try. This year I decided to go elsewhere. I also moved away further so it made sense. Their nurse called me repeatedly, sometimes 2-3 times a day - asking me why I had cancelled my appointment this year. When I said I moved, she demanded to know where I moved to, which hospital I plan on going (because I don't have a referral), who is my new OB/PCP and why I'm not coming in anymore. After multiple attempts of telling her that I moved, she wouldn't stop calling for the last few weeks. At one point she remarked, "if you don't tell me this or follow through with what we recommended, you'll die you know." Like why would I go somewhere when I'm constantly threatened by the nurses??

I wonder why there are so many negative comments? Is it because they're Asian? We had impeccable and very satisfactory service with Dr Bian. The welcome desk was also perfect!

I came here with an appointment to have my meds refilled and my first tablet taken here, there were clear side effects on the pills jar that stated nausea, etc but I still took them there and after a little bit, some nausea started to set in and the doctor watching me saw me spin my head and the other tiny side effects but the doctor was like ‘stop being scared it’s just medicine’ literally AFTER I took the pill and ITS SIDE EFFECTS, IS THIS DOCTOR STUPID. The appointment soon finished after but after this experience, I highly doubt the ‘doctors’ here have an actual PhD so that is why they are so unprofessional.

Service quality was very good.

This hospital is terrible. I have to say that the front desk staff has a very bad attitude. Sometimes they hang up in the middle of a call. Every time I see a doctor, I have to wait one to two hours. Sometimes the doctor doesn’t show up before the child finishes school, so I have to make a new appointment and go back and forth several times. The social service is also terrible. They don’t tell you all the documents you need to fill in at once. You have to go back and forth several times. Today they ask you to get this, tomorrow they ask you to get that. I think they are doing it on purpose. I really want to know if their boss knows that their employees have this attitude. There is no place without stars here. If there were, I would not be disappointed.

I have only been a patient here for a month or two but so far, the experience has been excellent. They answer the phones promptly, and I registered without any issues at the front desk. The receptionists are kind and multi-lingual, and it appears to be a very culturally sensitive clinic. My doctor is very receptive and empathetic to my needs, and has been gracious with every request of mine, and takes time to explain the healthcare system to me. They call to follow-up to remind you of your appointments, and confirm other details that show me that they have a good system of ensuring that patients do not fall through the cracks. I would recommend this clinic, particularly if you are Chinese or Vietnamese.

Long wait time, receptionists don't care at all, nor do they respect your time. If you can speak English fluently, please, save yourself the headache and find somewhere else. The doctors (MD) and nurse practitioners are great though. Just not the receptionists. I had trouble with them all my years here and every new year I came back like a psychopath hoping that it gets better. It doesn't.

Doctors are not very virtuous. My father used to go here because of the language. Every time he saw the doctor for about 5 minutes only and the doctor did not have the patience to listen to the patient. If you're not feeling well, you're only prescribing painkillers. My dad has to make an appointment every month when he runs out of his hypertension meds, and refills are not allowed. Later, because he did not have time to ask the doctor to prescribe medicine, he could only make phone appointment with the doctor. The doctor didn't call that day. He just wrote and sent the medication. I just realized that this medical center is just trying to make money.

Except the doctor 👨‍⚕️, everyone else is terrible at communicating, incredibly rude. I can’t believe these people were able to get hired for such a job.
