I call to book an appointment for follow up. The receptionist just not polite in responding. It is in the morning, but she doesn’t have energy to work. She does not have a customer service attitude. So my question is when she did interview and when the company hire is that any error during the process for hiring this person? Currently many strong applicant even get deny. So my words is chances and positions only for better person. With the receptionist answer my phone, I don’t think so

The service attitude of the front desk staff in the adult department is terrible. Even after so many people complained, the attitude is still so bad. I am speechless!
