The front desk manager (Gio) called before I arrived to make sure I knew where the office was located and where I could find parking. He was very friendly and educated me on the red light therapy session and what some of the benefits were. He made sure I had plenty of towels for my sauna session, including a refreshing mint towel. The sauna also had light therapy inside and they provided an iPad for music and Netflix which was amazing! I felt refreshed after my session and would go back

Had a very relaxing first session at beem! The whole place is brand new and sparkling clean, and the staff were really welcoming. I did 15 minutes of red light and 40 minutes in the sauna, and found it really meditative and rejuvenating. You can play music or watch Netflix in the sauna, I opted for meditation music and it made for a great atmosphere.

Very friendly customer service. I did the sauna the last time I was there, going to do the red light experience tomorrow. The sauna was an enjoyable experience. Very relaxing, my skin looked and felt great afterward. I like how you can purchase affordable electrolyte drinks and face masks in the lobby.

I have been enjoying my visits at Beem. The space is clean, calming and welcoming. I love the option to have red light therapy and infrared sauna time in the same visit. The social sauna is great to enjoy at the same time with a friend! I always feel rejuvenated after my sessions!

This is MUST stop location for a body and mood boost. For anyone looking for a health conscious, natural body rejuvenation, this is your place!!

I had a fantastic experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. Booking was super easy, and both the red light therapy and infrared sauna were simple to use...even for a first-timer like me. This is the perfect spot if you want a holistic recovery session but only have about an hour to spare. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready to take on the day. Highly recommend!

Incredible rejuvenating experience at Beem Boulder! I recently visited Beem Light Sauna – Boulder and was absolutely impressed from start to finish. The facility is clean, modern, and tranquil, creating the perfect space to unwind and reset. My session left me feeling physically relaxed and mentally refreshed. The full-spectrum light therapy really delivered: I could already feel improved circulation, and later in the day I noticed less muscle tension and a calmer mood. The benefits listed on their site claims things like detoxification, stress reduction, skin renewal, and immunity boost—and I genuinely walked away believing it delivered on those promises.  Bonus points: the location in Boulder (2255 31st Street, Suite 110) is convenient and the hours are generous (weekdays 7 am–8 pm) making it easy to drop in before or after work.  Highly recommended — I’ll certainly be returning!
