Severely needs an upgrade, filthy room will never stay here again

They were nice rooms weren't terrible place could use some work but the staff was friendly and the area was nice

We paid 400 dollars for two nights and were very disappointed. The rooms were very outdated, the furniture was worn out, and the hot water in the sink did not work. The walls had spackle in some areas and were dented and chipped. The bottom of the refrigerator was rusted, and when you sat on the toilet you could not close the bathroom door. The bathtub walls were stained. The chair upholstery was coming apart and the table next to it was coming apart. The common area was just literally two outdated tables and chairs. I am very angry and feel like I was ripped off. The man at the front desk named Winston was very nice. He was the only good thing about the place besides the location. Stay away!

The staff is super nice and helpful. We were first given a room that smelled like smoke and spoke to the front desk. The manager gave us another room no hesitation and then we saw him go to the room and speak to staff about sanitizing it. We were very impressed with his responsiveness to clean the room. It's a non smoking hotel so I'm sure it was just a bad guest - not a typical occurance. It's not a luxury hotel but the location is great, the staff are professional and they allow pets.

EXTREMELY overpriced!!! The concierge at the front desk was very welcoming. However the entire hotel is extremely outdated and in need of major upgrades…

Great experience! Most comfy bed I have ever laid in, peaceful, and no huge deposit they keep for a month (like the place next door)

I'm giving this hotel 5 stars because it is a decent and clean hotel for a very good price. The gentleman behind the desk was extremely nice. We were just look8ngbto crash somewhere for a night w/o breaking the budget - it was perfect for that. It's not meant to be a resort, but you can count on getting a clean room, quiet environment, and nice support staff. I would definitely recommend it as an affordable place to crash for a few nights.
