Courtyard by Marriott Boynton Beach

Room was ok, not well lit and bed too firm for my taste. Everything was clean, smelled fresh, so overall it was a pretty decent stay. I was in town for work.

Great service, room is clean as is the lobby areas.

I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties over the years, but this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. There was initial confusion about whether breakfast was included; I was told at the restaurant it was not, so I ordered a coffee put it on the room and the front desk later confirmed the same. Breakfast was not included. No issue there. During checkout, I politely raised a few room concerns, including a bathtub that wouldn’t drain properly and an air conditioning unit that was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep. I left without any confrontation, but about 30 minutes later I received an email stating I am no longer welcome at the property and that my future reservations would be cancelled. This response felt completely disproportionate and is not the level of customer service expected from a Marriott Bonvoy property. I will not be returning.

Nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. Location has tons of food options available in walking distance. The little bar restuarant area was fine and the food was standard hotel food,not awesome not bad just decent food.

Picked this place for an overnight stay

Marriott hotels are usually one of the most hospital places I’ve stayed, but I came here with my service. Animal and I was quite late getting there because work delays. I was met by the doorman with great hostility and he ran me out of the hotel. Didn’t even get to stay the night which I had booked. I don’t understand how someone could be so angry with someone who has a PTSD service animal, but I definitely will not even bother booking here ever again.

Stayed 1 night. Front desk n bistro staff were great. Overall hotel is clean. Appears to be newly renovated. Room was clean too. Fairly quiet but walls are thin especially when neighbors are on speaker phone at 7am Biggest issue is the VERY loud AC units in room 108 n 433. Thought the ice machines were in my room all night long … needless to say not much sleep. :/

Stayed on a Tuesday night. The room price of $360 w taxes / fees is not worth the price. The room had crown molding falling apart, patio door was falling apart, signage barely hanging on with tape, and I got food poisoning from a breakfast sandwich in the lobby area. Should have been more like $150 for the night.
