Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boynton Beach West by IHG

The clerk is incredibly ruse and unprofessional, instead of handling things and just doing her job she went out of her way to be unnecessarily petty and hold everything against a member of my party, she made my time there incredibly hard and difficult, and I was soo shocked on how we could actually be getting treated like this by a worker, as if she doesn’t have to worry about any consequences, and as if her word will always be over mine.

I found out my room at BED BUGS I stayed in room 106 on 4/9 I have over 30 bites all over.

Great quality and customer service great.....Clean, nice atmosphere. Great complementary breakfast when you are there.♥️😘🌹

The location is great, breakfast is good but rooms need maintenance and better cleaning. the broken AC unit allowed air to enter from stone winds which caused a whistling sound all night.

I had to write a review because I know it would’ve been a unfair review about the front desk woman ashly And the husky lady was stirring up trouble, even though there really wasn’t i was waiting patiently for my room to be ready because Ashly had told me that the rooms weren’t clean and weren’t ready for me to use yet and that was fine but the couple with the motorcycle Came the husband and the Karen with an attitude understandable because They were riding a motorcycle in the rain it was obvious they got misinformed, From reservations like I was about the early check-in ashly was respectful and kind to those people and me obviously they don’t like the word no and the funny part about it was 15 minutes later after they left my room was ready overall I’m having a Pleasant time staying at the hotel all that said, I’m not gonna let anybody turn somebody’s reputation and they didn’t do anything wrong

We got caught in a major rain storm on a motorcycle while visiting. Called to make a reservation with the understanding that we would need to check in early to get out of the rain. We were told that wouldn't be an issue but when we arrived we recieved nothing but a nasty attitude from the heavy set woman working the desk. She said every room is dirty and it would take an hour for house cleaning to clean one. We said we were told by IHG that we could check in right away and there was no mention of an hour wait. I even waited on the phone in the rain to hear their promotions which they upsold me on a vacation package which made it even more disapointing. I guess she didnt like that so then she said actually it will be an hour and a half now to clean a room for us. She clearly had no desire to help us out as we were standing in the lobby dripping wet from the rain. I would recommend if you plan on staying here to double or triple check that they are able to fulfill the promises they make. Luckily we were able to get in at another location where the front desk lady was very helpful. Very disappointed with IHG and this location. I would suggest some more customer service training for Ashley, im not sure if she's always rude or maybe today she's just nursing a hangover and not able to perform her best. First and last visit to this location for us.

Terrible customer service from Ashley at the Front desk. I suggest management look into her behaviour as I've never been treated so poorly from a Holiday Inn before.

Marie & Michael was so helpful & Courtesy was on point. He was very knowledgeable.

Off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood. Could barely hear a train horn in the distance occasionally. Clean hotel. Outdoor unheated pool. Like others have said, poorly lit rooms. There was no room darkening shade, so the morning sun was out alarm. Stay on the west side of you want a darker morning. Breakfast is usual Holiday Inn fashion.
