Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Cape Coral/North Fort Myers

Rooms were very clean. But having to pay 10 dollars to park for a hotel with no beach , no amusement park or anything like that , that would be reason to charge parking fee. And parking lot was 1/2 full all weekend

Sheets werent clean, room had zero towels, trash cans did not have liners. They quadruple charged my credit cards not just one but 2 for almost 2k in charges for just a $500 dollar stay. Absolutely unsatisfactory would not recommend.

Would not recommend room was not cleaned, zero towels or trashbags. Rates were not accurate they charged my credit card $900, $600 for 4 days and still trying add charges. Avoid thos place contacting attorney and credit cards company

I love coming to this hotel here. Me and his husband Ricky always come here every weekend just to relax and to enjoy like a vacation time. Loves to service here. The people are really nice and sweet. They also give you cookies every single time you come or everything you stay. That's what I like. Thank you and the rooms are always super kind. Showers are very good. I'd love the big.

For this price the breakfast area is super small, all the guests lined up to get some cold eggs, why did they make this area so small? And for kids all they have is brown cereals? I asked for frootloops and the attendant pointed me to the waffle maker, but ok I understand that he doesn’t understand me.

Nice place clean and has basic necessities. The breakfast is decent. I think management needs to be involved more in situations or training of employees but for the most part a good experience.

All the staff were great. Very nice people which is awesome. Beds were like sleeping on padded plywood. Probably the worst bed in any Marriott I've been in during the past 30 years. Add insult to back injury, they charge $8 day for parking in non downtown location. If you stay here say you don't have a car and you took an Uber and they will never know because they don't check.

Quite a little scam they have going on at this property. They charge you $8 per night for parking. This hotel is nowhere near an airport or high population area. There are tons of parking spots available at this property and plenty more in adjacent parking lots. It’s really a scam Bad business. I wouldnt stay here again just for this reason. I think the management of this property is short sighted.

Clean and smelled good. That’s all I want from my hotels 🤣. Also breakfast was good, the gym is cute and sufficient, and the staff was very nice.
