The Sparrow
Visitors frequently praise The Sparrow for its welcoming and friendly staff, comfortable rooms with excellent amenities, and its convenient location near food and parks. Some guests noted that parking can be tight, and one reviewer felt out of place due to the venue's "grunge" or "skate" vibe and clientele.

Small comedy club. Very fun vibe and a staple of the area
I was out with my girlfriend and our friends the other evening when we were trying to gain admittance to the bar. She was the only one that was singled out and did not receive such service. I was appalled. I found this to be highly unprofessional and profiling of my girlfriend. It's just sad, very sad. Will not go back.
What a bad experience with the bouncer/Security guy ,seriously RUDE and has NASTY ATTITUDE!.. take his little job too seriously. lol Friends & I NEVER again will try to go back to this……… place.
I'm from out of town, and I decided to try to check out this place and try a drink. Sat down on a bar stool, but in the process my nicotine vape fell out of my sweat shorts pocket. I quickly picked it up from under the stool. When the bartender got near me, I asked if I could have a menu, to which she replied with "No." I was confused and then she asked for me for my ID. As I was pulling my ID out of my wallet she said "I'm not going to serve you" and that I dropped something. (I didn't drop anything else and I had already picked up my vape). I just left after that. Never felt so confused and unwelcome. Not sure if the smell of my hair spray or my behavioral traits from having high functioning autism, but apparently it doesn't matter since jumping to conclusions is the norm.
One of my favorite places to hang out. Love the pool table. Bartenders always welcoming.
