Charlotte's scene is compact and busier than its reputation — a cluster of bars and clubs around Central Avenue and South End, a drag circuit that fills stages most nights of the week, and a steady stream of one-off parties. This page is the live edit of tonight: confirmed events from our calendar, refreshed every twenty minutes, and the bars open right now when you want to keep it simple. The Queen City earns its name more nights than not; if the events list is short, the open-now list rarely is.
How current is this page?
Listings come straight from the GayOut events calendar and refresh every twenty minutes. The "open now" list is computed from each venue's verified opening hours in Charlotte local time.
An event is missing?
Promoters and venues can add events free — approved listings appear here the same day.
