Go, when Eugene works. The other guy is a literal prick. I go every once in a while and this time I apparently stayed 3 hours without noticing it after entry. I shaved when I came in and took my time etc, it was the first time that I stayed long unintentionally. 10 minutes to close I start to shower and he comes to me and says I should have showered earlier and that I had been here for 3 hours. I said that I did not pay attention. At the check out later on he threatens me that he will charge extra, if I would stay longer again. This is not how you treat a customer who went there 10 times and lost track of time once.

First Time Try, you can't go with a spa setting in mind. You arrive and park in a lot, walk in to a house like Hall way and the up pops the desk check in. Lockers are right there, for all to see. No real privacy but again if your shy this will be akward. You get sandles, a towel along with locker, Lock and key. Lounge is a sitting area off the desk area, bathroom off side of that and behind the lockers are the sauna and steam room. Very hot and relaxing. No problems with room to sit or anything weird. People are nice, keep to themselves. Water is available for sale, fair price. We stayed 2 hours, totally worth the cost. Recently returned, still a good place however the male older guy guilt tripping and complaining about tips as you pay is ridiculous. You don't get a tip just because you woke up and did the basics of handing out a towel and key. That was the basics of your Job I asked you for nothing but you completely complained about my not giving you a automatic tip even though I wasn't even leaving yet. Sad!

Well, it’s like saying Taco Bell is a Mexican taqueria 😅 — it has nothing in common with a real Russian banya. They don’t sell or allow the use of birch branches or any kind of venik. For some reason, they have a hot steam sauna with stone floors and walls, and people are actually washing inside it with water, soap, and everything, splashing water all over the floor. There’s no proper ‘kamenka’ for the steam. The facility is clean, the staff are very friendly, and it looks like they have no idea that this isn’t really a Russian steam bath lol

Guy was masturbating in the steam room. When told to manager he just shrugged it off and did nothing. I was not the only one complaining. Apparently it is pretty common issue in this establishment. Highly recommend to avoid at all costs!

Great banya, just out of city centre.
