What reviewers say

While some visitors found it a convenient overnight stop with a quiet area and good channel selection, others strongly disagree with the "resort" title. Common complaints include misleading advertising and photos, a tired appearance, and poorly maintained or unusable amenities like the pool and mini-golf.

Let's be honest here. This place in no way qualifies for the title "Resort". Don't be deceived. It's a very tired old RV park that looks nothing like the green grass aerial photo on the web site. There clearly have been some half-effort upgrades. The women's bathroom, for example has new stalls, sinks and flooring, and the old peeling paint and stained light fixtures. There are also a number of obviously permanent residents living in school buses and the like. This park got new marketing, but it is not a resort.

Tight parking for large rigs. Quiet area. Great channel selection. God over night stay

We stayed here for a few days for work because of the ammenities provided for my kids. The pool was extremely cold and very dirty. The mini-golf is in absolute disrepair and not playable. The basketball looks like a $6 garage sale backboard jerry-rigged to a telephone pole. The horseshoe pits and dog park are mostly weeds and bugs. The shelves in the camp store were mostly empty. This is the furthest thing from a "resort" that I have seen across our country. This is nothing more than an overnight stop if traveling on 80, and even that is tremendously over priced. I felt very misled by the website, and upset that I paid what I did.

We made a reservation here for our trip out west. Unfortunately we had some unforeseen circumstances come up and had to cancel this reservation. We canceled the reservation 46 days before our arrival. They charged us $30.00. $30.00 with a 46 day notice! Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve canceled reservations at high end RV Resorts and haven’t been charged that much. I can understand maybe $10.00 but $30.00? Maybe if it was only a one week notice but 46 days? I know one thing, I’ll never give this place my business and I’ll be sure to let all of my Rving friends know about how this place rips you off!

funky and fun little place. right next to the sounds of the highway. We were not able to enjoy all the activities. the pool was locked 4 hours prior to close. and when we went to the front office for help we were told maintenance would be by to unlock. after waiting 10 or more min went back to office to find the doors locked and no one around.
