Yeah, I had expected more. Had a lovely massage but the pool area was underwhelming. The spa amenities are just average, It's more suited to hotel guests than your random spa goer. Save your money and go to a dedicated spa if you have the time. I spent 3 hours at the spa, half the time was quiet and peaceful the other half was spent trying to find a quiet place away from the pool noise.
If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. I attended the InMode Aesthetics Work Conference at the Ritz and entrusted my vehicle to their valet service, only to discover damage to my vehicle afterward. Rather than taking accountability, the valet staff was rude and immediately accused me of being dishonest about the damages. I requested to speak with management and was connected with Agnes Szumal. She expressed understanding of how upsetting the situation was and assured me that she would personally oversee the matter. She even stated that, "as women, we stick together" and asked me to trust that she would make sure the issue was resolved. She specifically promised to personally contact me by Sunday at 2:00 PM with an update. That call never came. Instead, I have received calls from multiple different individuals asking the same questions repeatedly, with no resolution, no accountability, and no communication from the manager who promised to personally handle the situation. It is now Monday, my vehicle remains damaged, and no one from this supposedly high-end hotel has taken responsibility or followed through on their commitments. For a luxury hotel that prides itself on exceptional customer service, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through from both management and staff has completely undermined my confidence in this establishment. I expected much better from a property carrying the Ritz name.
