Great place tons of fun also great pizza Wesley great job with it highly recommended
Wesley was amazing, thank you for a quick but great time! 🤭🎉
Visiting from out of town here a few times a year. I love this place I wasn’t sure what was going on at first by the end I was so appalled and shocked. I was here Sunday night and whoever this bartender was I have never seen him before but he was so aggressive and rude to multiple people at the bar. But the worst part was he lost a guys card argued loudly and abusively became threatening, then found the guys card threw it at him and said something rude and argued more. Then some kid came to the guys defense and telling the bartender he’s being rude and needs to apologize.
I met a friend here last night after work. We sat at the bar. I ordered a beer and gave the bartender my card to open a tab. It was at least 5mins later when he finally brought my card back and day put it on the bar where I was sitting instead of handing it back to me. My friend ordered my 2nd beer and a drink for himself. I listened as the bartender repeated back what the order was and who each drink was for. My friend then said very clearly that he wanted it on his tab tho. In order to get another round of drinks, my friend twice had to flag the bartender down to tell him what he wanted. The bartender however, never brought another round, he just continued to socialize and take care of people who walked up to order. So while he was making someone else's drink right in front of where I was sitting, I asked to close my tab. When he came back from the computer instead of bringing me my bill to sign, he asked for my card. I watched as he ran my card and some sort of warning flashed up on the screen. I watched him run my card again and again the warning popped up. He sat my card down on the back bar beside the register, did something else on the computer. He came back saying it didn't work, he would need another form of payment. I asked how much I owed and was going to just pay cash. He told me it was $19 and some change. I questioned, saying it was only 1 beer. He then started arguing with me that I had 2 beers and a shot. I tried to remind him that I only ordered 1 beer since I got there and that my friend bought my second beer and that I never had any shots. He was very rude, loud and refused to take the time to even listen to anything. I eventually just said fine, I would just pay it, I wanted to leave. I told him that I checked and my card was unlocked and should work so he told me to give him my card, he would try again. I tried to remind him that he never gave me my card back. He turned around and looked for it as he continued to argue and be rude with me, saying that he did not have my card and told me to just leave. I was not leaving without my card, my friend wanted me to check all my pockets again just to be sure. As I stood there going thru my pockets to prove i didn't have it, the bartender eventually found my card. He ran it and it cleared this time without an issue. He gave me my card and the bill without any acknowledgement that he had made a mistake and had it the whole time. I looked at my bill and was charged for 2 beers. The bartender continued to stand there being loud and rude to both me and my friend as my friend even tried to remind him that he was supposed to be charged for my 2nd beer. I signed my bill and left angry, thinking that I would probably never return to this bar. Bryan Richardson might have a lot of friends in the community and is very social and friendly after many years of being a performer in this bar as well as many other bars in Columbus, but he definitely does not belong behind the bar. He is very slow and looks like he has no clue what he's doing back there. He certainly won't listen to what customers say, then gets very argumentative and talks right over anyone trying to speak like he knows he is correct and couldn't possibly of made a mistake. And then after realizing he had been wrong and had my card all along, couldn't even own up to his mistake and apologize. Zero customer service abilities, unless you're already friends with him.
Good ambience. Great drinks. Amazing people. 5/5 would recommend.
The bar now currently serves a range of frozen Pizza and chips purchased from The bartenders. There are some talented bartenders there, but service is expected to be patient and understanding since most nights it’s only one person on staff. prices are mid range with options to view drag shows, public events, drink classes and dart leagues. You can come an enjoy your own time playing darts with friends provided with free parking and Monday karaoke. Fireball is a feature for this bar as they are a top seller in the state for this. The average age group is anywhere between 23-65 (which is a large range) but inclusive. Overall, the bar is a local, open, and welcoming bar to meet people from different walks of life and you can explore and experience different forms of entertainment
