I was in court at the George Allen Courthouse all day, and googled for places to eat nearby and Cindi's was rated pretty good, it was just a 5 minute walk away. The sandwich I had (pastrami and turkey) was fantastic. Service was top notch, I was checked on several times while I ate. The only reason I'm not giving 4 stars is the place could use a facelift.

Buttermilk pancake and phili steak sandwich was excellent and hospitality was very nice. Mr. Carlos was very friendly and kind to our family. Highly recommended. Must try spot if you are visiting downtown or reunion tower. Car parking is not possible. Must arrange for garage parking.

Buttermilk pancake and philly steak sandwich w/ potato salad. Great food, nice old school atmosphere. What stood out the most is the kindest service by Carlos. Highly recommend, must try place in Dallas.

This was an awesome deli! Went for breakfast food, so I can't speak on the sandwiches, but the German pancakes (crepes) were very good and so were the latkes. Services was very good too.

The food was very good, the pancakes were huge, and the portions were very large, even too large. The service was fantastic!

Great NY style deli near Dealey Plaza. I had a 1/2 Hot Pastrami w/Spicy mustard & Cole Slaw. The pastramic was tender and flavorful, cole slaw was good and obviously made in house. The NY style pickles were a nice acidic pairing to the rich pastrami. Fair price point and generous portion, service was prompt and polite... recommend.
