I paid $50 for parking at check-in, but the next morning the exit gate machine failed to recognize my validated ticket. With cars trapped behind us, we panicked and paid another $50 just to leave. When I called to explain the error, the hotel staff refused to issue a refund, blaming a third-party management company. Paying $100 for a single night of parking due to a machine malfunction and poor customer service is completely outrageous.

The staff was friendly and the themes that each floor had were fun. We would love if they put more towel racks in the bathroom for families and add a hand towel rack too so we don't have to leave the towel on the counter. Leave your room a few minutes early if you need to be somewhere. There are 16 floors and the elevator can make multiple stops. They had a microwave in the lobby and a nice seating area. They only had 1 water refill station in the gym. The location was walkable for a lot of things. We were about a 20 minute walk from Coors Field. Great hotel. Would stay again.

The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Allison and the team were attentive and answered all of our questions. We appreciated the themed floors and artwork. This was a great location, and we were near all of the action we wanted to see! We chose a room with a mountain view, and it was lovely to wake up to each morning. We appreciated the eccentric lightheartedness of this stay.

When we got there we had issues getting our room keys set up correctly given we had adjoining rooms. The light switch’s next to the doors don’t turn anything on, although the rooms are unique they aren’t very well lit either the lights. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. On the plus side the view was spectacular, got to enjoy that all night given I wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the incredibly loud noise coming from the bathroom that never stopped vibrating through the wall. In the morning I went to take a shower just to find out the shower only had one temperature, scolding hot. Leaving me unable to take a shower for busy family oriented day. I checked in with my fellow guests on their adjoining room and they also were unable to sleep due to a sound issue or able to shower due to extreme cold temperatures. I had higher hope for this hotel given all the hype about it and I have never had an issue with Hilton before. I would very highly recommend never staying here! Save your money and go somewhere else!

We stayed at the Curtis for one night. We normally choose Tru hotels for the lobby area with our kids but tried this one. The location was excellent and walkable to a lot of things. We never needed to interact with staff but have no doubt they would have been excellent. Our room was ok but the bathroom sink could easily scald you if you weren’t careful and the toilet paper holder kept braking. The theming of the hotel was unique. The lobby was cool but not as open as we’re used to. Cool hotel but maybe not what our family needed.

Rooms are awesome design wise but could use some updating. The fresh feel is rather lacking. Service was amazing and the bar is a nice martini stop before going out!
