A fantastic experience from start to finish. It's rare in Denver now to visit a restaurant that nails both food and service, but the staff here cares about both equally and it shows. Atmosphere is also 10/10 ❤️❤️

Great meal!

First off, thank you immensely to the staff who accommodated us even though this guy booked his reservation on the wrong day. Since we were from out of town, we wouldn’t have been able to try this great spot without the accommodation. From the hostess to the server, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. You can genuinely tell everyone is incredibly proud of the atmosphere and food they are supporting. We ordered the chickpea fritters, fries, pull apart bread, overnight cabbage, and scallops. All of the flavors and presentations of each dish were amazing. The creaminess and crispiness of the chickpeas fritters simply had us lost for words! The only food we would recommend foregoing to order in the future is the fries. Which we had hesitations about prior to ordering them, and we can say they are really just fries. Are they really good fries?—Yes, but you aren’t getting any different experience here compared to a fast food joint. So order something else and save the fries for a later snack on the way home if you still have room. 😉 It’s also worth mentioning our cocktails were sensational. When in Denver, you should absolutely make it a priority to dine here and make sure you book your reservation for the right night so you don’t leave it to chance. This space is really more of an intimate dining experience so it’s essential to make a reservation.

Really enjoyed our dinner at major tom! We sat at the counter so deeply immersed in the action. Cocktails were we thoughtfully crafted and food was excellent. If you’re in the market for an elevated date night, reason to celebrate, etc. 11/10 recommend major tom.

The food was very innovative and overall had good flavor. The service was excellent. I'm giving a lower rating because every dish from dip to mushroom/buratta app to duck was so over salted that our mouths hurt at the end of the meal. We were both chugging water and it took away from an otherwise nice flavor of most dishes

Our daughter took us here when we visited and the food was so good. And the service was perfect. They really wanted us to enjoy our visit and everything we ordered. An exceptional experience.

An excellent mix of high quality cocktails and snacks to go along with well priced entrees and a compelling wine list. Add in great service, a nice ambience between the tables, bar, and outdoors, and this is an awesome spot for a drink, dinner, or a date! Don't miss the savory pull-apart bread!

The food, drinks, and service are STELLAR!!

My wife and I made a reservation for the Chef’s table last night. Our server, Cutter, had great vibes and excellent recommendations. We basically asked him to just order a few things for us and every single dish was incredible. Also had some excellent wine. All of the cook staff were friendly too and chatted with us a bit. We topped it all off with an amazing molasses cookie ice cream sandwich. Can’t wait to come back. Best date night we’ve had in a long time!
