Bib's Ribs

Really good road trip spot! The Burnt Ends were really good, as was the Mac N Cheese. The staff was also really friendly, our waitress approached us about every five minutes to see if we needed anything.

My server was Julia and she was AMAZING. They're very accommodating and super friendly. If you're ever in the mood to have a good time visit this place.

Food was quite good. We got the 3 meat combo and also a pulled pork main all were very good. The bbq sauces were all sweet.

Came for a late lunch with my family on a Sunday. All of the staff were great. We got the wings and the brisket queso for apps. I preferred the queso over the wings. My wife and mother got the pulled pork sandwich. They really enjoyed it. I got the biggie platter and chose the Ribs, brisket and burnt ends. Brisket and ribs were great. Not the best I've ever had but really good. Ive never had burnt ends before so I have nothing to compare them to. They were decent but brisket and ribs stole the show. For sides I had the fries, coleslaw and cornbread. They were all really good. The slaw may have been the best ive had out. The cornbread may be the best ive ever had. Place is very clean and atmosphere is great. Inside and outside dining. Would definitely go again if I'm in the area.

My mom and I went to Bibs and Ribs to try it out for the first time, and we will definitely be back again. We had a wonderful server named Athena, who was excellent. The food was also incredible, and we enjoyed everything, especially the mac & cheese and those ribs. We would recommend it over and over again, especially those ribs!

It was just okay. Not terrible by any means, but certainly not outstanding. If I had a real specific critique it would be the featured drink that was meant to have a floater on it, I'm not certain that it was actually added on mine. There was a popsicle in it that kind of diluted it in a strange way, and I love icee style boozy drinks, so I am used to the dulition that comes with them. I think it was just the kids popsicle they put in it. Everything else was just passable. Nothing the sauces couldn't fix I suppose. The food looks like it would be amazing but it didn't really wow me. The smoked wings and chicken sliders were our most enjoyed. The service was very good. This place is still newer, so keep that in mind. However, I could definitely get a lot better for the same amount of money at a different BBQ place.

The food at Bibs Ribs was so good, and the prices were honestly great for the portions! Everything was flavorful and came out fresh. Our server Athena was also amazing—super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Had amazing food and even better service from Jacob! The half rack of ribs was a lot of food! The sweet potato mash and green beans were tasty! Not overcooked or over seasoned! My husband and son enjoyed the pork belly ends. Definitely worth the stop… and ask for Jacob! He and my son agree the Mac and cheese is top notch!
