Love it 😁. Jerry, the property manager and his wife make this place the amazing place that it is! 💓. Beautiful views of the Caloosahatchee River. A quick walk to Downtown!
I had a pleasant stay at this waterfront motel in Fort Myers and found it to be a solid choice for anyone traveling on a budget. The location is definitely one of its strongest points just a short walk to downtown and situated right along the beautiful Caloosahatchee River, offering relaxing views of the water and bridge. While this isn’t a luxury hotel, it’s clean, quiet, and well maintained for the price. Some rooms include kitchenettes, and all rooms come with a fridge and microwave, which is very convenient for longer stays. Management has been described by many as friendly and attentive, and it’s clear they try to keep the property monitored and secure. There’s also a small donation area to help those in need, which shows a thoughtful community touch. Parking can be a little tricky at times due to the busy intersection nearby, and the pool may not always be operational, but overall the value and location make up for it. If you're looking for affordable, simple accommodations close to downtown Fort Myers with river views, this place is worth considering.
The only difficult part is trying to get in and out of the parking lot they want to block it because there's a main intersection right there and there's a light and they tend to keep blocking the drive to try to get in and out and they just don't care
Lived here for a few years before my husband and I moved into a house. Absolutely loved my stay. Small and quaint but management is on point! Pool doesn’t work, right outside of downtown Fort Myers (walking distance). I recommend this place. Jerry is great love him and he’s my dad lol
