We stayed two nights for my grandson's baseball tournament and everything was great. The customer service was excellent, including front desk and the lady that took care of breakfast. Very friendly and helpful. Clean room, spacious and dirt cheap.

I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. We booked this room expecting the advertised pullout sofa, but what we got was a fold-over sofa that’s essentially nothing more than a hard box spring. Calling it a bed is misleading. It is unbelievably uncomfortable—like trying to sleep on a slab of concrete. No human being could get a decent night’s sleep on it. My son is in town competing in a Major PG baseball tournament, so he needed the actual bed to be rested for his games. That left me with the sofa, and it was one of the worst nights I’ve ever had in a hotel. I brought the issue to Karen, the manager, hoping they would offer a real solution. Instead, all they could do was bring me two extra blankets and suggest I put them on top of the “bed.” That did absolutely nothing. Two blankets don’t magically turn a rock-hard box spring into a mattress. I also contacted Airbnb, where I made the reservation, and they weren’t able to help either. Between Airbnb and the hotel management, no one was willing to make this right. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, and this was, without question, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re booking this property because you think the sofa bed will comfortably sleep another person, don’t. It’s completely unacceptable, and the hotel’s response was just as disappointing. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting the accommodations to match what’s advertised.

We love this hotel. We have stayed here 4 times this year. Rooms are clean and ready when we need them. Location is great too. The area is safe, plenty of parking. People at the desk are very friendly
