Seriously, you felt like family from the time you arrive. The breakfast was great. The owners are awesome. Just my opinion, but if you have a choice between a hotel or the B&B I would choose here.

My family held a 100th birthday party for my mother-in-law at Maple Hill. Shelley, Dave and the entire Maple Hill team were AWESOME! Gracious, accommodating and thoughtful just to name a few attributes. In addition to a great space and location, they came up with and implemented innovative ideas in terms of the menu, set up, decorations etc., to ensure a truly outstanding experience for all.

We very much enjoyed our stay at your beautiful B and B. Such nice hosts and accommodations, very clean and comfortable. Our second time staying here and I foresee another stay in the future! Breakfast was very good and plentiful, the homemade bran blueberry muffins straight from the oven were so delicious! Downtown Hallowell is wonderful with little shops and very good restaurants, just minutes away! Slates was amazing! 5 Star + for this amazing B and B!

Family went for the Mother's Day brunch. All of the staff are warm and welcoming. It was a big open room, but well laid out and not too many people and not too loud. The food was quite good, desserts were even better. I feel like the family that manage this place and staff, really make it an experience.
