Very basic motel. It's pretty much a place to sleep while you're in town. It is within walking distance of the Glendale Galleria...right across the street

Extremely disappointed with our experience. We booked and paid for our room more than two months in advance, only to receive a phone call from the hotel on the day of check-in — while we were just 20 minutes away from arriving at the airport to catch our 5-hour flight — informing us that they no longer had the room available that we had reserved. This put us in a terrible situation and forced us to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute, which ended up costing us more than double what we originally paid. Completely unacceptable and incredibly stressful, especially while trying to travel. The lack of accommodation, accountability, and consideration shown by the hotel was very disappointing. If a hotel accepts and confirms a reservation months in advance, they should honor it or take responsibility for the additional costs their mistake creates. We strongly believe they should reimburse us for the extra expenses caused by their inability to properly manage bookings.
