Don't got here. Parking cost extra and makes it more expensive for lower quality then other spots in the area. The facade hides a lot of errors. Doors installed incorrect. The Room has gaps on the door and window that also let light and sound in that will keep you up and cause terrible sleep at night. The AC system has errors. Showers have a leak that others also brought up. Internal light system is extra dim. Again, the noise and sound are extremely bad. Go somewhere else for a better price and room. Also, others that staid here had someone come and scratch their cars!!!

It was a pleasant stay. The check-in process was smooth, the room was clean, and the location was great.

Room was not clean. As you can see in the photos, there were little black hairs all over the bed and bathroom (neither of us have black hair) There was also a soap wrapper left behind the toilet. Floor felt sticky and also was not properly cleaned. The other photos are of the bathroom wall. Just gross. Parking is $10 a night which I think is pretty outrageous. This hotel has little to no amenities. No microwave, no coffee machine, no ice machine. The bed was so uncomfortable and so loud getting up and down. You could also hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Woke up many times to doors being slammed. The first night, we could not get the shower to work. I called the "front desk" and when they finally picked up, they tried telling us to just turn the handle. I told them we tried every single way so he said maintenance would come but did not give me an estimated time. After a few minutes, we figured it out so I called back and asked that they do not send anyone to our room and that they can check it out after our stay. The next morning, I woke up to my phone ringing and then our room phone rang. It was the front desk asking to send someone to our room to fix the shower that did not need fixing. I said they can handle it after we check out. And it was a very early call and woke me up! Super disappointed.

The rooms are simple but well-equipped, with a refrigerator, iron and ironing board, and very clean... highly approved and recommended.

For the price, the room and location is not bad, but the service is atrociously lackluster. There is no receptionist or actual lobby on site, and when you do try to contact them they aren't super helpful or sympathetic. I was chased into my room by a strange man at this hotel due to lack of security. I would never recommend to girls travelling solo, though I probably wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone now unless they were desperate. The tv is big and the place wasn't dirty, those are really the only positive things that stood out about this hotel.

I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience and a few important details about The LEEF Hotel that future guests should know before booking. The LEEF Hotel is a budget-friendly option in Glendale, and for the price, I’d consider it above average in some ways—but there are important details I wish had been disclosed more clearly before booking. Before arriving, I already knew this wasn’t a luxury hotel. I expected smaller rooms, no traditional front desk, kiosk-based check-in with virtual assistance, and $10/night parking. I was completely fine with those trade-offs given the affordable price and convenient location. However, my biggest issue was parking. While $10/night initially seemed like a great deal compared to the much higher parking fees at many larger hotels, what wasn’t made clear upfront is that parking is first come, first serve. This became a major problem when we returned late one evening to find no available parking spaces. Only then did I realize there are not enough spaces for all guests, and this policy was only listed on the room receipt after check-in. In my opinion, if parking availability is limited and not guaranteed, that should be clearly disclosed before booking—not after payment. Charging guests for parking without ensuring access feels misleading. The virtual kiosk system was also mostly fine until we encountered this issue. When we tried contacting customer service for help, we were sent directly to voicemail because support was unavailable at that hour. It would have been helpful if the hotel clearly communicated customer service availability times in advance as well. Overall, I could overlook the smaller room, compact bathroom, less comfortable bed, and loud AC because those are somewhat expected at this price point. But clearer communication about important logistical details—especially parking and after-hours assistance—would have made a big difference. This hotel may work for travelers prioritizing affordability above all else, but for me, the lack of transparency was frustrating enough that I would choose to stay elsewhere next time.
