Wonderful experience with UPS Express Advantage Shipping...

Terrible experience… small, no selection… awful… don't waste your time, it's horrible!

I always wondered by their brand name , I stoped by today and found wide selection of underwear and accessories. My new fav spot to shop underwear 😀

Love the product my only suggestion is It would be amazing if you started closing at 5:30pm or 6pm since most ppl work a 9-5. I noticed customers show up rushing around closing time including myself who leaves work early to shop at your store. This would also improve customer experience by not feeling rushed by store attendant who keep repeating the closing time 40-30min before closing. I’m sure many customers would come more often.

We made a detour on the way to the parks, and made sure to stop by here. I am so glad we did. I am already an avid AC consumer, but my husband who lost a significant amount of weight has been questionable on if this was his vibe. He was able to see and hold the different items to know they would fit. And also made him more comfortable about picking things out because the price point was amazing. Listen, if you keep up with AC, you'll see stuff you have. However, you'll also find stuff you probably don't and its still a win. We both walked away with stuff and will be back next time we are in LA. Thank you!!!!

Ok so I love Andrew Christian. However...if you advertise a jock and thong mystery grab bag I would think that you would have both jocks and thongs not one over the other. Otherwise I'm satisfied. :)

Most of what they had were items I saw online over a year ago. There was underwear being sold that normally comes in 3 packs for a higher price.

Small store, very bad customer service, there was nobody attending the place; there is a certain variety of products and with good prices, but the bad service would make me consider not going back.

Once again you guys are doing a great job who cares what people are saying it is a hit or miss type of place and I will take my chances

Do not waste your time or money on these rejects undies. Forget the lack of qulity, and unless your a Medium there's nothing in your size. Never again! Boo Andrew Christian.
