When did you last test your incident response plan?
Your cyber insurance renewal may thank you. Underwriters increasingly ask when you last tested your incident response plan. This is a good place to start building your answer.
It is now a standard question on cyber insurance applications, and “never” is an expensive answer. Underwriters have shifted from checkbox questionnaires to evidence-based review, and an untested response plan can slow a quote, raise a premium, or cost you coverage terms you were counting on.
This workshop is where you start building a better answer. We will run a live cybersecurity tabletop exercise that simulates a realistic incident in real time, so you can see exactly what your organization would do in the first 60 minutes. You will uncover hidden vulnerabilities (they may not be what you think) and leave with practical guidance on layered security, AI governance, and building a resilient cyber strategy.
These are not IT questions. They are business questions. Who decides, who communicates with employees and customers, how fast you get back to operating, and what the downtime costs you while you sort it out.
What You’ll Learn:

Answer the underwriting question. Understand what carriers now expect around tested incident response and how to document what you did.
Experience a live incident. Work through a realistic cyberattack scenario and the decisions it forces in the first hour.
