Friendly staff and clean room.

On July 21, 2026, on my arrival to, AmericInn, in Green Bay East, WI, I was warmly greeted, by guest's host at the front desk, Kayla. Who provide me all excellent AmericInn's features; exercise room, pool area, beverage station, breakfast hours, Wi-Fi password, etc. This is my first time ever, that I had a first floor room near the parking lot. I had clean and comfortable room. With a full motion mounted flat screen TV. Being a MLB baseball fan. I viewed, Milwaukee Brewers, Detroit Tigers, Kansas City Royals, games. Awesome, whoever added this feature on their hotel TV package. Hotel also has a great cross section of pretty much every popular TV channels available. Hotel location is near a lot of popular stores and right off of the expressway. I should also point out, afternoon shift, guest host at the front desk, Sandra, is outstanding as well. She has got to be the most upbeat personality, I have ever meet. Helping me logging on the WiFi and retrieving phone message from my room. Actually, the entire staff, couldn't be more accommodating. Everyone wears their name tag proudly and likes their job. I chose very wisely, when I stayed 4 nights at AmericInn Green Bay East. I highly recommend AmericInn Green Bay East.

Pool is busy on the weekends as it's open to the public.

Awesome location in the Green Bay area. I will definitely come back here. Staff was awesome. Everybody was just great. Breakfast is on point. Bacon eggs sausage depending on the day coffee, 24/7 What else could I ask for i will definitely be back when i'm in the area

Nice room, we stay at AmericInn whenever possible.

The best hotel in green bay service and pool and room 10000%

Do not expect stay here if you want to either stay in the room you pay for or do not want the staff to go through your stuff and throw it out. We showed up to check into our room that we booked with a hot tub to find out they let someone else check into the room earlier that day and cannot get into the room. They make us take a room without the one feature that made us book the room: the hot tub. They then said they would try to rectify it because it significantly impacted our stay. We see the receipt and we never had any restitution for their mistake despite the over hour delay due to this mistake in checking in and out. We also heard how they completely messed up another family’s stay (double charged them, went through their stuff, threw their food for the weekend in the dumpster, and checked them out when they were still there). Do not recommend this place.

Stayed here for the weekend. Great friendly service, nice clean hotel.
