Best Western Northwest Indiana Inn

Was coming out for Dark Lord Day and had reservations at the Residence Inn down the street, but their manager decided - the day before check-in - not to honor our reservation when the hotel overbooked. So called this Best Western, talked to Alani, and was sold immediately. She's a peach to work with, got us booked (and guaranteed) in short order; real life saver! Hotel itself is completely fine. Pretty standard Best Western, reasonably well maintained and reasonably priced. Solid convenience store for a no-frills hotel, free and easy parking. Only issues really were the shower wasn't great (but got the job done) and the location is tucked away so you can't really walk anywhere. But it was still easy to catch a rideshare into Munster for the festival, so the walkability was ultimately a non-issue. All said, do recommended.

Warning! Our room was dirty. The bathroom counter and sink were dirty. The shower / tub was dirty. The comforter on the bed was dirty. They gave us a Pet Friendly room, but we didn’t have a pet with us. The floor needed cleaning. Spend a little more and stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites or the Holiday Inn up the street. I would not stay here again. Our daughter’s room was also dirty. This hotel needs updating and cleaning. The pros: Staff was friendly. It is close to I-94. We often stay at the Best Western in Watertown, WI - it is great there - we love that hotel, which is why we booked here. A mistake. We will not stay here again.

Exceptional customer service from the first phone call! Facility was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.

This place was a gem. We were thinking that the hotel wouldn't be too nice. But it was! We were greeted by Elaine who made us feel welcome... I would definitely stay again whenever I visit The Hard Rock Casino for a show.

Location: Absolutely nothing in walking distance - food, groceries or otherwise. Aka: it’s gonna cost you to get anywhere. Amenities: vending machines expensive and often out of order. Simple fitness center. Ice machines on each floor, laundry on multiple floors but also out of order sometimes. Bring quarters or exchange cash at the front desk. The “full breakfast” offered is your standard biscuits and gravy, sausage links, bacon, and some form of eggs. They have cereal, toast, bagels, and a small selection of tiny pastries. The yogurt machine is always empty. You can make your own pancakes or waffles. Beverages include coffee and orange/apple/cranberry juice cocktails, but no milk. Room: simple, comfortable, heating/cooling unit is very loud. Coffee maker in the room, but no tea or hot chocolate for non-coffee drinkers. Bathroom light and fan controlled jointly, so get used to the clanking or leave the light off. Dirty windows and unremarkable views.

Was there the other day and the breakfast girl Jessie was very nice and sweet. If we needed something she got it for us.

Well that is one great place to spend time in there rooms specially the same room that we got every day that we were there and that was from Monday until Monday the next week and they also serve good breakfast there of the morning

I stayed here with my husband as he was preparing to leave for a job. This one particular Best Western houses alot of drivers for different jobs in the area. Its a nice hotel, rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable and the pillows are nice and fluffy. You'll have to drive about 15 to 20 min for a nicer restaurant. Not saying anything bad about the smaller one's, just my preference for that particular time. Quiet hotel, and like I said clean and the staff is great. Yes I would stay again if I was in that area of town.
