Motel 6 Hammond, IN - Chicago Area

This was really nice a little further than I expected but it turned out lovely

Management will ignore you…. Rooms are half cleaned heat/ac doesn’t work office staff not good for anything…. Housekeeping never available

In one of their rooms as I type. Me and my wife are ❤️ patients etc. AC/Heat unit will not work. She notified staff who DID arrive promptly only to hear him lie to maintenance guy that he WASN'T in our room when he WAS 🚩..... Trouble shoot solution didn't work. She called 3x was ignored called from her wifi # and answered nervously after she stated the obvious smh. Again comes to room proclaims issue resolved left working less than 5 mins found out it WAS NOT RESOLVED & the 🩹 had to be free ATP. I then physically again we are 💜 patients go to state the obvious was told suffer until tomorrow wife called 2 confirm what I was fed again Clerk caught blatantly lying 🤥 AGAIN FRUSTRATED she's crying her eyes out as I type. This is beyond unacceptable diabolical it's unhinged but I digress if you have a chain paying out $ 4 ex trafficking & looking the other way ..... that children stay free ALWAYS hit different today 😳.... Solution speak up document and keep going will update as it unfoils this it's self is documentation not slander ok God Bless

Going into my third stay here today , it's been wonderful so far. I've had a regular room , and a double bed room w/ fridge &' microwave. Both were very spacious and comfortable! Thanks Guys 😊

Rooms are spacious however that could be due to the fact that there is no furniture other than the bed and tv stand. There is no fridge or microwave unless you pay extra. The room was clean but the marijuana smell was strong the entire stay. Walls are thin, could hear the neighbors. Likely would not stay again. Service and location were fine.

My stay here was mainly for work, so reliable WiFi mattered. The connection supported video meetings without interruptions. Housekeeping kept the room neat each day. The overall management appeared organized.

They should fix the heater the heat wasn't that good they did get a little bit warm but not as well as it should and the door had a big gap where the cold air will come in
