Driving 8hrs, my team worked extra in Chicago, the front desk associate allowed my crew to eat in the breakfast area, which the security guard seem to have an issue with. So thank you 3-11 person for accommodating us

Nice clean & stocked room

Customer service was great. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was as always. Staff was overly friendly and helpful. The bad- Our windows did not lock- they had to use a stick to keep it closed- they did offer a different room however we had just settled in, I had a procedure and couldn’t lift more than 5lbs; so it was not a good option for us.

The reason I came is due to a broken pipe in my apartment. They relabel this place The RAGGEDY INN CAUSE IT IS RAGGEDY. NO ATM NO ICE. I have here a few days til my place is repaired in my short stay I've a valve in the shower come off the writing table collapsed. I'm handicapped in a handicapped room no shower chair ,a tiny shower matt. I had to remove the broken table myself I quess he was too busy at 5am l handicapped and had to drag the table out of my way so I could pick up my stuff. Then housekeeping steals my fritos but leaves the garbage. Just this morning I went shower and young "lady" at the front desk snapped at me. I had to stop her to say it's not that serious. Maybe the RAGGEDY RAMADA SHOULD HIRE MATURE ADULTS WHO CAN HANDLE THE STRESS OF THIS WOMAN / CHILD COULD NOT..! ANYWAY I'M STUCK AT RAGGEDY RAMADA TIL SATURDAY HAMTON INN HERE I COME SATURDAY. THE BYE BYE TO THE RAGGEDY RAMADA!!

I always enjoy this hotel it’s safe and comfortable, clean and I enjoy the breakfast. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay great!!!!😃

I recently stayed overnight at the Ramada by Wyndham in Hammond, and it is clearly a property that feels like a shadow of its former self. You can tell this hotel and its attached conference center were likely the place to be at one point, but the conference center has since been split off into a separate company and the pool's status is anyone's guess. Given its placement in a heavily industrial area, the building could definitely use some refurbishing, but it works fine for a functional, no-frills stay. ​One of the biggest selling points is the location. I loved that I could walk right next door to Johnel’s Restaurant for a meal, and having a KFC and a bowling alley (great for pinball) right across the street is a nice bonus. In the lobby, the coffee was kept hot and fresh throughout my stay, which I always appreciate. ​The room I was assigned was quite roomy and, despite being a Saturday night, it was surprisingly quiet. The heater worked perfectly, and I liked the fact that I could actually open the window for some fresh air. The Wi-Fi was easy to set up and had no trouble handling YouTube streaming. While the beds felt clean and comfortable, I did encounter a mysterious wet spot on the floor that was there when I arrived. However, the staff was very accommodating and allowed me a late checkout by an extra hour. For the price and the convenience, it’s a solid value for an overnight trip.
