Phill hill mansion

Loved my stay! The bathrooms had no toilet paper but I also was to shy to ask. Everyone was helpful, friendly, fun, and willing to help. I would come here again 10/10. The price was great and the timely communication was awesome on such short notice of a reservation. I got the full bottom bunk and me and a friend stayed on it together. I'm use to living with others so I slept like a baby even with a snoring dorm mate. The beds were comfortable and the house was BEAUTIFUL! It's close the the city so party life is like 15 to 20 minutes away restaurants are all over depending on taste. I liked it. I would say it's not for everyone but if you want a hotel THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. This is a home(mansion) and it feels like a home.

If you’re looking to stay at a half way house in the hood of the south or experience their lifestyle, this is the place for you. WOMEN STAY AWAY!!! Smelly house, dirty linen, no toiletries or heat during my stay. Owner refuse to refund me even though I was uncomfortable and did not complete my stay.

Stellar offering for the price. Carlos and Craig are fantastic hosts, and Clarence goes above and beyond to ensure the house is a unified, clean environment where all guests can feel like they are in a space of their own even while sharing.

This is a hostel. If you know what to expect, it’ll be perfect.

Craig was very on point with everything, also helped another stayer with the lock on the front door. If you're looking for a hostel environment, this is for you. A place to chill and hang out with others and have fun.
