Breakfast menu and refill should be better. Sometimes even when the food is empty refilling is not done immediately. Very limited menu.

I checked out of this hotel this morning, 5/24/2026. I wanted to share some feedback. Parking was quite limited. The interior of the hotel was satisfactory; I have no complaints there. The rooms were decent, and I appreciated finding my name displayed on the TV upon arrival. However, I encountered an issue when I noticed brown stains on the bed closest to the window after pulling back the covers. I chose not to make a big deal of it, simply removing the bedding and inspecting the others. Overall, I considered this a decent hotel. My children enjoyed swimming in the pool, which was a positive aspect. My stay was primarily motivated by the availability of a pool and complimentary breakfast. This morning, before checking out, we went downstairs for breakfast. Staff informed us that the stove was broken, so only the limited items available before the malfunction were served. That was understandable. My concern arose when a staff member approached my son after he threw away his eggs and remarked, “Oh, did you just throw those eggs away after I just told you my stove was broken,” with a noticeable attitude. I found this interaction inappropriate. Approaching my child in this manner was unacceptable; it gave the impression that she was questioning or scolding him, which was unnecessary. A more appropriate approach would have been to speak with me directly, such as asking me if I could make sure the kids eat what they have. When I checked out and mentioned this incident to the front desk staff, the response was “Okay, you’re all checked out.” Not even a “We’ll speak with her” or a simple apology. Based on this experience, I don’t plan to stay at this hotel again if I return to New Jersey.
