Always a pleasure staying here for a staycation. Front desk is always so pleasant and friendly. Customer service is top notch here! I needed everything from a new remote for the TV to four keys because I kept deactivating them. Lol But every time I went to get a new one they handed me one with a smile. Fabian checked me in and he was pleasant as usual He's always a pleasure to check in with. Great sense of humor he can roll with the punches. Since that station is definitely my go-to for staycations because I mean from everything like the pool to the food to the rooms it's just got it all. Oh and don't let me forget the bartenders in the pool area Lord have mercy they can make a mean margarita! If you haven't stayed here I definitely recommend that you at least give it a shot and check out all the amenities and it has to offer you won't be disappointed.
