Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming. The hotel itself was extremely dirty, including the common areas and pool area, which wasn't even stocked with towels. Our first room was dirty, and I took photos to document the condition. We were then told our second room was ready around 1:35 PM, but when we went inside, the floors were filthy, there was a stain on the sheets, and the beds hadn't even been made also a huge pile of trash outside the door from previous guests. When I went back downstairs to let the front desk know, I got so much attitude from the front desk girl. I was told, "The cleaner said she cleaned it," as if my concerns weren't being taken seriously. I even offered for her to come upstairs and see the room herself, but instead she simply said she would put in a request to have it cleaned again and that it wouldn't be ready until 6:00 PM. The lack of cleanliness and poor customer service were incredibly frustrating. This hotel advertises itself as a boutique property and has so much potential, but the reality fell far short of expectations. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay, and unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Honestly this place wasn’t that bad. I do feel like the photos give it more grace than what it actually is for sure, but It was really clean and nice rooms. But, i’m rating it 3 stars because I felt like the staff were passive aggressive and it did made me feel unwanted. If the staff were nicer I would’ve rated this a higher rating.

Daniela at the front desk was very accommodating. We hope her manager sees this.

Worst hotel. The parking lot is cramped and the rooms are not cleaned. I should have showed dirt from a towel on the bathroom floor and the screens out side or ripped. The only good this is the beach and the places to walk to.

The first night room had to be changed as AC was not working. Rather large square hole in sliding door screen so could not open unless one wants bugs and TV not working. Thankfully the staff member at front desk was so helpful and we switched rooms. The 2nd rm slightly better but noticed a hole in screen where you open door, and Roku tv kept shutting off. The next day we put a request on door for room to be cleaned. Only towels and waste basket changed - bed not made and coffee and cups not resupplied. Some water was on bathroom floor so no one would slip our son cleaned up and floor was filthy. The room was definitely over priced and on top of everything I am dealing with Cancer treatments and get so tired and when there is an issue so difficult to mentally handle. We were so disappointed. Definitely my dream to stay by beach was ruined.
