Princess Inn - Westminster / Huntington Beach

Three story run down motel. Family owned and operated terribly. The walls are very thin. The windows are very thin. Building is located directly next to the main road, Beach Blvd, so you can listen to loud car noises all night. No security on site. I asked to be refunded for the second night but they said their policy is a no refund policy. DO NOT STAY HERE. It's unsafe and it's very NOISY.

I've been staying here regularly for business a couple years now but have just been banned by the family who owns and lives there for leaving a less than perfect review. My crime was to point out the good and the not so good. I book through bookingsdotcom and am always asked for a review after my stay. I point out the beds are comfortable, the location is convenient for my purpose and the staff is friendly. But I'll also point out things like missing toilet seats, plumbing problems, key cards always failing which gets spooky late at night bcz of the neighborhood. I've been startled by addicts shooting up between there toes on the floor of the elevator. Addicts pounding on my door waking me up at ungodly hours, threatening me in the parking lot etc. But I stayed there bcz it's cheap, convenient and the beds are comfortable. But now I can't bcz rather than using the critique to better themselves they'd rather ban those who point out where they might improve. Though there's not much they can do about the addicts I guess but when I called and questioned the staff about this thinking there was some mistake the reply was me pointing out the missing toilet seat. Bookings notified me my most recent reservation was canceled for gross non-compliance of the hotels policies. When I asked the staff what policy did I breech they mentioned the toilet seat. I was informed by Bookins I'd be getting a refund in a week or two. Very odd...

The room was clean enough, but this old guy at the reception was very rude and disrespectful for no reason at all ! , he made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable, I was about to leave if it wasn't very late , I wouldn't come back to this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, Very bad experience thanks to this guy !

It’s wasn’t the greatest of rooms but it was clean. But the house keeps stayed in the way as we tried to get to the room. Would have been nice to have coffee..

Blankets and window curtains were old, dirty and dusty. The elevator was sketchy and smelly. We sent them a message but didn’t get any reply from the customer service desk. Not recommended. Save your money and go somewhere else.
