Worst service I have ever had in my life, atmosphere was elegant but couldn’t enjoy with all the cleaning of tables etc.. slow to wait on us,

Very disappointing, food was much better at their old location. Pizza was good but chicken parm. was 1 cutlet with barely any cheese and a weird orange sauce. Worse was the eggplant parm, a miniscule piece where it used to be huge, again hardly any cheese We didn't even get any bread.

The food was crazy excellent. With service being fast and responsive to our request even tho we went late. And the raspberry lemon drop prob was one of my fav drinks I have had!

So disappointed. Food is flat and boring. Salmon is not their signature dish. Had to send it back twice for being uncooked(raw). Apparently they don't know how to cook it. No vegetables in the salad. Floor near my eating was unkept. I guess people go there mostly for drinks.

I’ve been coming here a couple times a month since before the renovation, I’ve always had fantastic service and delicious food. I’ve tried the whole menu by this point and haven’t had anything I wouldn’t get again. I’ve even brought my family and dates here, best Italian food in the 757.

The osso bucco and the calamari are my favorite!

Not good food at all. No flavor pasta, not even salt. I order ravioli app and they came on a plate cover on sauce and water. Both me and my wife tough that the pasta had no flavor. Sauce ok, but nothing to be wow. Veal meat unseasoned and overcooked meat dry. I order a old fashion, glass 1/2 way full warm and taste like straight bourbon. ( i like straight bourbon but I wanted a Old fashioned.) The price is ok if it was good but the quality of the food way subpar. May give them another opportunity. Everyone can have a bad day. But it was pretty bad 👎

Rigatoni was very good but could leave out ham bits. Sausage is great alone! Ravioli was okay. A little disappointed and how quickly the food comes out??? We don't want you to become like a Mexican restaurant. Totally loved me the Italian music very relaxing and enjoyable!!! Bella was an excellent server!!!

I was really hoping to be able to write a happy, positive review after trying a second time, and in the new location, and for our anniversary dinner…but alas, I cannot. The new space is lovely, with a warm and pleasant atmosphere, and the host(s) and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our server Emily, was great and super attentive however…the food is not up to par. We both ordered the chicken parm and both were equally disappointed. The chicken was bland, and was in what seemed to be a vodka sauce, which is not at all what we’re used to. The noodles were cold. :-( the bread and ‘dipping oils’ no. If they can improve the food it would be a lovely place but sadly, we won’t be back.

Food and service were fantastic. The burrata (buffalo mozzarella) w homemade toast points and balsamic vinegar is my favorite app ever😋

My husband and I had our first official date at Vino, so when our latest anniversary came up, it was only natural that we celebrate it there. The last two times we had dined there, the food was fantastic, so I was really looking forward to not only going back, but seeing the new building. The building was nice enough, but it seemed bare- like they hadn't put any real soul into the place quite yet, even though it had been open for a few months already. We ordered the calamari, which was surprisingly bland, save for the flavorful marinara sauce. Maybe they're just very proud of the sauce (it Was Good) and let it hold center stage for the appetizer? I ordered the Chicken Francese- always my favorite! Sadly, it was most definitely Not tasting like it had been cooked in white wine as usual (and as it states on the menu), but chicken broth, and a low sodium version. My husband had the same issue with his meal. We both agreed that our dinners tasted like what someone with serious stomach issues might be served- bland, soggy and unsalted. At least they were the perfect temperature and the service was lovely. Altogether, we were disappointed in the ambience and particularly disappointed in the food. Hopefully this was an exception, rather than the normal.
