I love it 💖 😍 such a family atmosphere!
I went to check in with my service dog for one night and the man refused me because they have a no pet policy. Which it said that nowhere on the website. My phone was dying and i needed to charge it to find another place to stay and the man ushered me out the door and called the police. This place is disgusting and the service was absolutely horrendous. When i asked about a refund because i had already paid the man said i had to contact the website i used so i did. When i called the website i used they said the property said i never showed up. Trying to rip me off and break the law by refusing my service dog.
Terrible! Run down, smelly, we did not feel safe and ended up switching to a name brand hotel.
Not a 5 star resort but economical and clean. Beds aren't too bad either. We will definitely be using this for overnights when visiting family.
