Nice rooms. Smelled good clean

From the time of check-in the front desk Angie was VERY accommodating. I picked “The Jungle” room and it looked just like the advertisement. The jetted jacuzzi was EVERYTHING! Prices were very reasonable. I will DEFINITELY be returning!! Thank You Inn of The Dove Bensalem!!

My wife and I stayed here for our 1st time may 15th 2026 and i was absolutely happy with my stay the room was spacious the hot tub and shower was amazing the room was very clean I have no complaints and can't wait to book our next stay! I highly recommend it for a romantic alone time get away.

Great stay! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the area is beautiful and well-kept. Highly recommend! Loved the Jungle Room! 🌿

I think the maid got a eye full!¡ we had a late check in, and she didn't know. Tried walking in and I tried blocking the door!!! Lmao hope she was ok with seeing the monster!!! Otherwise everything worked great, close parking. Casino around the corner!!! Will be back to check the room with the pool!!!

The only thing I think that needs to be improved is New mattresses because they’re very soft and new showerheads that’s it.

Stayed over Easter weekend in the Handicap Accessible Suite. The hot tub was wonderful. Parking near the room was great. The size of the room was great. The bad: The bed was so horrible my handclapped SO walked like the hunchback of Notre Dame after only 1 night. We went to Target after night 1 and purchased a memory foam topper. After night 2, we went to Walmart and purchased a heating pad. A good night's sleep was not in the cards for us with this stay. The rooms and outdoors smelled of smoke ALL THE TIME! It was quite overwhelming to me but perhaps others are more tolerable. The cleanliness of the room was questioned upon Day 1 arrival. I found a dead large size flying bug on the side of the bed I assumed. After night 1, I woke up and underneath the chair by the fireplace I found a wrist band that was not ours. Assuming it was from a previous occupant. We had some leftovers that we stored in the fridge provided. When we went to heat them up in the microwave in the room, I found the plate and tray were ajar. I went to fix the way they were set inside and my hands were covered in a greasy film from the glass microwave plate. After this, the leftovers were thrown away and we continued to eat out. The night before our departure on Easter Sunday, I tried calling the front desk by telephone because the toilet had clogged in our room and was overflowing with water. I was on hold for quite some time at 9:30 pm at night. I then used the in-room phone to try the front desk. My call was answered quickly but I was told they were busy checking people in and would get to us as soon as they could grab a plunger and make their way to our room. How many people were checking in on Easter Sunday at 9:30 pm in the night? 20 minutes later, an employee arrived with only a plunger. The room towels were used to wipe up the flooded mess and she offered to bring back more but at this point we were just done with this place. It started out fine but each thing going wrong just added to the layers of quality versus cost. The morning of check out, we loaded up our car and drive to turn in our key at the front desk. It was before 9 am. I saw a gentleman walking out as I was parking and walking in. Upon entering the lobby i could hear the staff talking behind the desk about what was said and how he was yelling at them. No one acknowledged me or came out to the lobby. After a couple of minutes listening, another staff member came in from the breakfast area to take my key. She did not ask how the stay was. I guess at this point it was to be expected since they must know what the stay is like if they have worked there for any length of time. Overall, there were some positives but the negatives far outweighed the positives. I would not recommend and will not be returning.
