Stay away from this place! Was in town for a wedding. First room I was checked into beds were lopsided hard. Second room they gave me had a fecal stain and blood stains in the bathroom and reeked of cigarettes. Front desk gave zero🦆 and called customer to report this🙄They listened and said they would send an email confirming the info given along with the complaint. Never got an email or a callback. This experience dampened the excitement of our family event and I will make it a point to avoid Red Roof properties in the future. No one call resolution, no customer callback, no effort for retention. Unacceptable

I was in town on business. Check in and front desk was great. Bed(s) were fine, could have used a few more pillows. The hot water!? Hottest water I've had at ANY hotel. . crazy hot.. had to be careful. The worst pars? The TV was old-school small, took forever to change channels and there was no guide. . the trifecta of a useless TV Situation. No idea what programs were on and took so long to change channels I just gave up. SO, I fire up my laptop. .WiFi was useless! I was right next to the office, not like I was at the end of the hotel. Not their fault but the cell phone reception (Verizon) was also terrible ~ 2 bars. . couldn't stream and took a minute or two just to get 15 emails. Also, no breakfast or even coffee in lobby. . So, if a decent bed, a clean room, decent location and gyser-like hot water is enough, the price was right. If you need wifi or have verizon and want cell service that you can use reliably, look somewhere else.
