I’m gonna rate it exactly how I told them I was— a 1. The lowest rate there is for the stay, overall. We had no hot water the entire stay, & as I understand that there is a lot of people that live there— it does NOT excuse the lack of hot water there to use- they are on a ‘system’ as the office manager had mentioned & had also then explained to me that the day prior, the shower was worked on & that the hot water worked & tried to argue with me, I told him he’s more than welcome to come & check it out (mind you— I was RIGHT beside the office ) but that there was no hot water— any way I turn, knick, or move that handle—I just wanted a shower & warm water & I wasn’t trying to be complicated but we should have hot water — I’ve had this planned & paid and booked for months now. He proceeds to apologize & explain that the amount of people living there & using the water causes the water problem BUT THEN explained they run on a system so it shouldn’t not have hot water? Okay then... I asked him if we could have another room- he tells me he’ll go check and guess what? I had to go back into the office & find him to get updated information. The other rooms didn’t have hot water either- “apparently” (that’s if he even checked), then he offered me a refund & told me I could stay elsewhere if all else fails. Mind you again— I booked & paid for the room in Feb— drove 12 hrs to get there— only had 2 nights there & that’s how I received the customer service there— due to water issue & the lack of care/concern for their tenants/customers. Pissed to say the least! The room was nice, they provide dishes & all for you—it’s the little things & it’s helpful- it’s like a little one bedroom apartment & even if we didn’t spend too much time in the room, I feel he could’ve handled the situation better & provided me a room WITH hot water bc other people said they had hot water when we didn’t.

My mom and I have stayed here April 24th through April 27th for the BTS concert and have been disgusted. Upon arrival, we had no hot water and were later told "it happens", and offered a refund, but due to the events in town we would not be able to find another place to stay. The staff later told us it was a property-wide issue and we'd have to deal with it. Understandable, but wish we had a forewarning. Entering the room, the locks were loose and my mother had to tighten them with a tool. The painting in the room has evident bug feces between the glass. We mistakenly got a smoking room and later found burns on the sheets, a rusty fridge and the disgusting fire alarm. Best of all? As I write this, we have killed 2 roaches and are watching a third come in and out of a hole by the window! If you want a roach infested dive, come right up! Bug guts on the wall because nobody wants to clean up a place that was clearly dirty from arrival. The quality of the place is beyond disgusting. From the outside it seems charming, but this is hands-down the most disgusting room we've ever stayed in. The only positive is the stocked vending machines, but trust, that doesn't outweigh roach raves and bug poo.
