Seaport Inn and Suites

Honestly the room was really drity and had to clean the room my self since it was on Friday.. they had there ac unit that was making such a horrible noise and was only being held up by 2 peicie of 2x4.. spider and ants all over the room. Coffee look like it hasn't been clean in months.. shower head that would leak. And room service people were so nice but were rush so they never were given enough time to get rooms properly clean.. front desk people were almost never there and if you need to a plunger or needed to laundry the staff would fellow you to laundry room and watch you put clothes in and stuff like that and wouldn't allow you plunge your own tolite. Not to mention need to work on there public speaking skills. to speak with managermt which never happen. And maintenence was off and on with there fellow though..... I wouldn't recommend this to anyone until some really changes are made.

The mattress was old and worn out. There was what appeared to be food grease all over the nightstand and TV remote. The front lobby was pathetic. The desk clerk was super nice. I had to wait for the clerk to go to another motel to get my room keys made, and I had to go to another motel to get my receipt when I checked out. Once and done for me.

ooked like the backrooms. If you know, you know. No one was at the front desk. Was forced to walk across a parking lot with my arthritic hip.

I'm sitting here in my room trying to go to sleep and all I can hear is a band playing extremely loud music right down the hall from me. Not once was it mad aware to me that there would be a freakin party when I have to be up early tomorrow to drive 7 hours home. Kind of ridiculous to me that we as tenants are expected to be quiet at night but yet they have a band that can be heard all the way outside playing. I'm sure if I had a party and was playing extremely loud music I would be asked to leave. I'm not impressed at all.

Terrible experience from the start. Arrived at 11:30 PM after traveling all day, just to find nobody at the desk or in the building at all. Had to go to a different hotel to get checked in. I stayed for 3 nights, didn’t receive room service once. The hotel is under construction, but housekeeping in the building is terrible. There’s ripped caution tape on the floors, wooden bookshelves just laying in the middle of the hall ways. And to top it off, on my last night there (I had to be up at 4AM) the receptionist at the other hotel came and banged on my door because they didn’t have my ID on file. For the cost of this hotel, it’s unacceptable to not have somebody attending the front desk or committed room service. Would not suggest staying here

Good discount for corprate and vets always helpful and if theres a problem with the room they are quick to fix it
