Step into the heart of Italy with our Classic Italian Cooking Class, where you’ll learn to prepare a full menu of timeless dishes from scratch.

In this semi-hands-on experience, our expert chefs guide you through the art of Italian cooking, teaching techniques and tips that bring authentic flavors to your kitchen.

At the heart of our kitchen is a simple philosophy: Simple, fresh ingredients and the "3 H’s." For Chef Baba (Andrew N. Bennardo), cooking isn't just a skill—it’s a delicious lifestyle.​

An award-winning chef with dual degrees from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and Florida International University (FIU),

Chef Baba’s journey has taken him from the prestigious kitchens of Europe and Italy to the helm of South Florida’s most beloved restaurants, including Bennardo’s Ristorante, Giancarlo Brick Oven, and Talia’s Tuscan Table.​

Today, Chef’s mission is to move from the restaurant line to the classroom. He is dedicated to sharing his global experiences and educating food lovers of all levels.

In our fun-filled, hands-on classes, you don't just watch—you prepare fresh, tasty cuisine while soaking in the energy and expertise of a master educator.
