An evening dedicated to mindful presence and self-acceptance for the LGBTQ+ community.

We will explore techniques to cultivate self-compassion and embrace our authentic selves through guided mindfulness exercises and group discussion.

This event is open to all members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies who wish to foster a deeper connection with themselves and others.

Suggested donation: $5-$10 (pay what you can).
