I have never been to a less accommodating hotel. They had guests piled in the lobby and sitting outside, including us for at least 4 hours waiting on rooms. Very displeased. There was no advertisement that the bad and restaurants are closed certain days or we would of booked elsewhere but making guests wait for hours for their rooms in the lobby and outside is extremely tacky. I have never seen anything like it. Usually hotels accommodate you. Not this one.
