Room was great! Service was great! Fries were good! Pizza was mid didn’t even finish them taste more like cardboard. And they are about $20 each so that was disappointing.
My husband John and I had the pleasure of staying at The Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, for approximately 3 weeks and our experience was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. The front desk attendants and all hotel staff were incredibly friendly, supportive, and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Their kindness and dedication made us feel right at home. The hotel offers excellent amenities, including complimentary coffee and hot water, on-site restaurants, a swimming pool, fitness centre, and convenient washer and dryer facilities. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible, making our extended stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The Ingleside Hotel provided us with a relaxing and stress-free environment during an important time in our lives, and we sincerely appreciated the outstanding hospitality we received. If you are looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-equipped place to stay in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, we highly recommend The Ingleside Hotel. We would not hesitate to stay there again in the future. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. With sincere appreciation, Ashley & John
Great everything the last few times around. My first review was 3 stars but everything has improved consistently. Exceptional service from front desk and restaurant.
Me and my wife decided to stay here the night of our wedding on our way to door county for our honeymoon. Not only did were they unable to find our reservation(they confirmed the code was legit and not our fault) but fixed it by putting us in a room that was probably the worst possible, loud, full of light from the street, and SMALLER, then what we reserved. Took half an hour for them to figure out what to do when they couldn’t find us in their system. Worst experience to ever have, especially on the night of our wedding when we planned to stop here on our way up to door county.
We had a good time here , however the fact that the room I had only came with 6 water park bands and I couldn’t add more quiches forced my guest to buy day passes then were ultimately not allowed in the hotel room. They make it hard for you , but make sure to push their party rooms and the prices are insane. Country springs would have never.
This is not a kid-friendly/family-friendly hotel. The waterpark IS NOT INCLUDED and not worth the day-pass price. There is NO hot tub. The indoor pool is not kept-up. These are just notes for families considering this hotel - please read below for full review. Recommendations - If looking for a waterpark, just book a room in the Wisconsin Dells. For the same price, you can stay overnight and all the wristbands are included. If you are booking a room for the location, look for a cheaper hotel option with a hot tub and a nicer pool. Pros - The room is beautiful and spacious. I imagine this hotel is perfect for weddings and gatherings. Con - Cost of waterpark is too high. We didn't pay for it and after looking at pictures (and spending time in the Dells) it was definitely not worth the value. The indoor pool (that is included with the stay) is on the colder side and the pool deck needs an update. With the updates to the hotel (which are very nice) they should definitely look at improving the pool and adding a hot tub back. Scenario - I booked this stay through our credit card points. As I was booking the room, it did not tell me the water park would be extra (it was a feature actually showcased in the booking) and the price for the room was more than we usually pay so we assumed this included the waterpark. When I asked for wristbands at the counter, they told me because I booked through a 3rd party, they only get a cut so the waterpark isn't included. They offered the day passes at full price. This is their normal day passes. While I understand they don't receive the full payment, we still were spending two nights at the hotel so a reduced rate wristband would make more sense. In the end, we assumed the waterpark was included because of our experience with the Dells and the price of the room. Since it was not, I definitely feel the price was too high and I would have chosen a different hotel with a nicer pool and a hot tub for our family.
