About this place Canvas

Canvas is a laid-back gay bar located in Nashville, Tennessee, offering a more intimate alternative to high-energy nightclub scenes. The venue features a dance floor that's comfortable for moving and grooving without overwhelming volume, surrounded by couches that make it easy to hang out, chat, and people-watch. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy the social energy of a gay bar while still being able to have a conversation or take a breather. The bar regularly hosts special events throughout the month, giving visitors and locals something to anticipate beyond the regular scene. These themed nights add variety to the weekly schedule and often draw a fun mix of people looking to celebrate together. Whether you're visiting Nashville for a weekend or living in the area, Canvas offers a welcoming spot that strikes a balance between casual hangout and dance destination. Canvas proudly welcomes and condones the behavior of abusive people. They also over serve people who have substance issues, which creates an extremely unwelcoming environment.
