The entire checking in, checking out and paying process was very simple and fast. The worker was very welcoming helpful and kind I forget her name but she said she was starting college in a few months, she was great! Also I’ve been to similar businesses but this one had speakers in the sauna connected to the tv so I was able to do a 20min meditation In the sauna! Great experience!

Clean, peaceful and caring

What a GEM! I stumbled upon this place after a friend posted about her experience here. I booked the contrast therapy suite not knowing if I'd be able to handle the cold, but have been wanting to try a cold plunge for a while now - OH MY GOD, going between the heat of the sauna and the cold of the water was one of the most exhilarating experiences I've ever had in my life! I'm totally hooked, and I feel like a million-trillion-billion dollars! The staff was so sweet and courteous, the suite was impeccably clean, and I was able to have such a good chat with the owner on my way out - she's so passionate about her business and clientele - made me feel so welcome! Melt will be a regular part of my self-care routine - an hour of 100% me time with no disruptions is worth every penny! Thanks for being here, Melt!
