Stayed here twice and will NOT stay anywhere else in New Orleans. Super relaxing courtyard. Nice little pool. Never encountered one rude employee at all. Very nice all around.

Great location, great staff, nice room with some character. We loved our stay here. When ever we come back to New Orleans, we plan on staying here again.

Elysia was incredibly rude and curt, spewing information that was different from the website very disrespectfully in regard to parking. Room is okay; bed with a desk and TV- nothing high end. Courtyard area is quaint and nice, but don’t get a pool overlook room because there are kids enjoying it all throughout night and the walls are very thing. At 10:30, we were being ushered to checkout when there is an 11am checkout sign posted in the lobby. Overall, the location is good but the service is lacking.

I've been to New Orleans several times, but this might be a new favorite. I really liked how it was easy walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go but just a few minutes outside the noise and action. Don't be fooled by the unassuming entrance. It is wonderfully charming and was perfect for our last minute get away. Two important points for a review : 1- if arriving by car, make sure you read the other reviews and follow the directions for parking. There's a public parking lot right across the street which makes for easy access to your vehicle. Make sure to pull up in front of the hotel, and register first before parking. While it is $40 a day, I found it to be the most convenient and reasonably priced in the area. And, 2- if you are older or less abled, you might want to ask whether your room is accessible by elevator if it isn't on the first floor. We are middle-aged and came in from 12 hours of driving, hauling our luggage. The helpful staff looked at us and offered to change our room assignment. Our original room was up an outside set of stairs and would have been challenging hauling all our gear. They were able to relocate us to a room accessible by elevator. We didn't make use of the pool or courtyard, but they were very nice. The pool isn't huge and seems like it could get crowded if more than one couple or family was there at a time. I didn't miss not staying on Bourbon Street at all. If you are looking for something easy walking distance to the most popular Bourbon Street destinations but want something slightly more sedate, this might be the right spot for you!

Loved this little inn! It was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Room was clean and bed was comfortable!

Still in this hotel as I speak and I'm loving it! We got the inner room that has no windows. Super quiet and super temp controlled. My mother has claustrophobia but had no problem in this room. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Asked for extra suitcase stands and they brought them right away. Not to mention an amazing location! This is going on the list of my favorite places to stay.

Really really good place to stay especially if it's your first time and the French Quarter. Convenient everything, beautiful old place that's been an actual in for 200 years! This is one of our recommendations for people who want the real New Orleans experience.

Just gorgeous. The location is in within walking distance of so many things in New Orleans, but the rooms being in their own little building around a courtyard just feels so charming and secluded. The rooms were nice, clean, and had a lovely style. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful, and check in/ out was a breeze. I will say I think this is normal in the area, but keep in mind to budget for the expense of parking! It was $40 something a day, and im sure its listed somewhere. However parking was super convenient and just across the street.

This place is absolutely charming! The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the staff was incredibly nice. The location was absolutely perfect to walk to whatever my mom and I wanted to do. For enough away from Bourbon Street and close to the river walk outlets. Would definitely stay here again

My experience at this hotel has been outstanding from start to finish. The room service has been excellent—prompt, professional, and always delivered with care. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and truly a wonderful place to stay. A special thank you to Brody, the bellman, for going above and beyond throughout my stay. He is incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. No matter what question I had, Brody always had an answer and communicated everything clearly and professionally. His positive attitude and exceptional customer service made a great stay even better. Employees like Brody are a true asset to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding accommodations and top-notch hospitality.

Great location, atmosphere and staff. There was a tornado alert on our last night there and the staff didn’t say anything to the guests to guide them on what to do. Also on the time of checkout they were very uptight to make sure we left the room exactly at 11:00. No hotel we have ever been in did that.
