The location is perfect, right next to the beach. The room was not very clean when we arrived. The floor was still full of sand, and I had to vacuum it myself. The shower was not clean either, with stains on the bottom and white residue in the toiletries dispenser. The toilet flush was also not working properly. Be aware that the air conditioning is extremely noisy, and there is nowhere to hang wet clothes after a day at the beach. Some of my clothes still hadn't dried after three days inside the room. Also, even though this is a hotel and you pay hotel prices, guests are expected to take out their own trash when checking out. This was a first for me, and I was quite surprised, as no other hotel has ever asked me to do this. The car park is fine, but if you have a large vehicle, it can be a bit tricky to manoeuvre.

We stayed here at an owners unit (Airbnb), & we were able to get parking in the hotel (paid) During our stay we were alerted by hotel staff that our vehicle lights had not turned off well after we had parked the car. This saved us from a costly repair/jump which would have been difficult in the secure garage. They are attentive, friendly and caring staff. Really appreciated their help.

Paid in full before arriving and was blind sighted with an additional $250 fee, but then I looked and they actually charged $1000 additional. Ridiculous. This is my honeymoon and the customer service didn’t seem to care at all. What a great start.
