I like being here because the couple of guys managing the place are authentic and friendly. The place is actually small, with a small, reliable, running hot tub. But the swimming pool is more than adequate. It's quiet, low key. People just mind their own business. Plus, the cats are lovely, as the owners have a lot of them here.

We stayed in #6. Ian and Stewart, the two Brits and owners, made us feel at home the minute we entered the beautiful and quaint establishment. The guys are very helpful with suggestions, information and hilarious anecdotes. It is 50's vibe with modern touches and very friendly guys all around, what's not to love. Convenient to downtown, the mountains, restaurants and fun. We had a nice queen size bedroom ensemble, well equipped small kitchen with large fridge, gas stove, microwave, flat panel TV, sofa, conveniently separated toilet/shower and sink/changing room areas and private patio with table and sun recliners. It had a perfect size salt water pool with an eight foot deep end, perfect for water treaders. Conveniently located on demand ice maker, fridge and water cooler are close to the pool.The hot tub, close to the outdoor "playroom" was a nice size, perfect temperature and great for meeting new friends. We would definitely recommend and hope to return in the near future.

Currently run by a couple of British guys, this place is comfortable and feels like home. You can try to do your own cooking. We met other friendly guests here. The hot tub is small but it works! The pool is also inviting, I like that it has a part with about 8 feet in depth. I love the many cats too that are among the pets of 1 of the owners.

Ian and Stewart are always great hosts. This is our go-to at Palm Springs and we've never been disappointed.

it's a very different feel from some of the other gay resorts .very nice staff
