Octavio g brought our luggage to our room so fast, very friendly staff. The rooms are very nice and I love the fact that there are so many little pools everywhere. Definitely will come back

Checked in after a long drive from Prestand found the phone dead. Called from my international phone to tell them to fix it but noone showed up for 30 minutes. Walked to reception to inform them of the same and was told to go back to my room as someone would b there immediately. Sat waiting for 15 minutes and called again to be told they were busy and would come soon. Appalling customer service Finally was told nothing could be done about the phone

Beautiful resort made all the better after taking a tour of the grounds with our guide, Phil. He was kind, hospitable and super knowledgeable and informative. We learned soooo much! He’s a GEM!!! THANK YOU PHIL for showing us around the resort!!!! You did an awesome job!!!!!

Fabulous service, great food and impressive mountain scenery. Natalie at the gift shop was helpful and sincerely friendly.

Brandon C helped us throughout our stay and made this stay that much more enjoyable. Came with a group of five families and he placed us together, checked in on us and treated us so well. He really went above and beyond and we are incredible grateful. What a wonderful family getaway with friends!

The Salon is 5/5 - Jonisa was delightful and accommodating from the moment I arrived and arranged a porter when I left! Mark was a slice of heaven - I have never had such and amazing shampoo and blowout - the conversation was wonderful and his skills are off charts! I can’t stop taking selfies 🫶🏻 and feel quite spoiled. Thank you Mark and Jonisa, you truly made my stay 5 star - Sarah

Super happy with my stay here! Crystal Kennedy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She upgraded me to a room with a freezer so I could safely store breast milk for my baby, which made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and there are plenty of activities and amenities to enjoy. Crystal truly made my experience even better. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The grounds were breathtaking, our casita was lovely, and all the staff was friendly and courteous. I especially want to give the bell man, Michael, a shout out for loaning me his book to read. I finished reading the book I brought along and still had several days until I was headed home! It was a great book, too! Thank you!!

La Quinta Hotel & Spa is the perfect blend of luxury and charm. We stayed in a king casita with a whirlpool. The grounds are immaculate, the staff is genuinely friendly and attentive. A highlight of our stay was my 80-minute Spa La Quinta Signature Massage. We spent our mornings by the pool and in Old Town La Quinta. Perfect three night getaway from the Los Angeles area. Highly recommend. We can’t wait to return!

The grounds are beautiful. This staff seemed friendly and helpful. But it's pretty much like every other country club / resort in the low desert. Parking wasn't easy unless you valet had a good time will be looking for other resorts to vacation in as well it's a good four-star resort

First time in Palm Springs, was a great experience. Hotel guest relations were friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed a lovely dinner last night at Adobe with a group. We were served by Maria and Victor G. who were kind and accommodating. The bread pudding was so good!
